Welcome to Businesspad. We are a business utility that allows you to network with people in your community. In accessing businesspad.com, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the terms of use. We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. We will indicate changes to the terms by the date at the top of the terms of use page. Your use of our site after changes of the terms indicates your acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree to the terms, do not access or use our site. It is your responsibility to keep yourself updated on any changes in terms.
Who can use this site?
This site is intended for anyone to use who wishes to build a business network.
Information
You agree to provide and keep information about yourself and your company accurate. You agree to not bare false witness. You agree to keep your password secure.
Proprietary Information
All content on this site, including designs, text, graphics, pictures, information, applications, and other files are the proprietary property of this company with all rights reserved. No site content can be modified, copied, framed, distributed, reproduced, republished, posted or sold in any way. We do not permit any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering or extraction methods. Any unauthorized use of content will result in a violation and steps to rectify the situation will be taken.
User Conduct
Collecting email and personal content for the sending of unsolicited email or other communications is not permitted.
Using the service in an unlawful or damaging manner is not permitted.
Automated scripts for collecting information are not permitted.
User shall not upload, post, transmit, share, store or otherwise make available any content that we deem to be harmful, threatening, unlawful, defamatory, infringing, abusive, inflammatory, harassing, vulgar, obscene, fraudulent, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable.
Users can not register for more than one account.
Users can register on behalf of someone else.
Users can not impersonate or falsely represent themselves.

User Disputes
You are solely responsible for your interactions with other Businesspad users. We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other users.

IN NO EVENT WILL COMPANY OR ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PERSON FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING FOR ANY LOST PROFITS OR LOST DATA ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR THE SERVICE, ACCESSED THROUGH OR DOWNLOADED FROM THE SITE, EVEN IF THE COMPANY IS AWARE OR HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. USE OF INFORMATION
User agrees to allow Businesspad to use posted information in a manner that allows members to gather more referrals.
User also agrees to allow third party feedback posted concerning their business.
TERMINATION
Businesspad can terminate any membership for any reason.
